國立清華大學出版社於西元 2000 年正式成立，為一綜合型學術出版機構，致力於出版學術專書、經典譯注及高等教育教科書，內容涵括人文、史學、教育、社會、科普、理工、商管、通識教育、竹塹地方學、華語文教學等領域，近年發展特色系列叢書有清華哲學書系、閩南—西班牙歷史文獻叢刊、「AI、科技與社會」系列叢書，以及竹塹風華叢書。 本社出版之《清華學報》有一百餘年歷史，為一國際性漢學期刊，收錄於臺灣人文及社會科學期刊評比暨核心期刊。 本社的宗旨在於提昇與鼓勵清華大學及我國學術出版及知識事業之創新與傳播，促進教學與研究成果之全球性交流。

The National Tsing Hua University Press was formally established in the year 2000. It is a comprehensive academic publisher dedicated to publishing academic monographs, translation and annotation of classic works, and higher education textbooks. Its publications cover a wide range of fields including humanities, history, education, society, popular science, science and technology, business management, general education, local studies of Hsinchu, and Chinese language teaching. In recent years, it has developed distinctive series such as the Tsing Hua Philosophy Series, the Hokkien-Spanish Historical Document Series, the "AI, Technology, and Society" series, and the Hsinchu Heritage Series. The Press also publishes the "Tsing Hua Journal of Chinese Studies," which has a history of over one hundred years. It is an international Sinology journal indexed in Taiwan's Humanities and Social Sciences Citation Index and Core Journals List. The mission of the Press is to enhance and promote the innovation and dissemination of academic publishing and knowledge enterprises at the National Tsing Hua University and in Taiwan. It aims to facilitate global exchange of teaching and research achievements.
