新世語文化有限公司成立於2012年，由具二十年國際採訪經驗的徐宗懋先生創立。徐先生曾深入以巴衝突、美軍轟炸利比亞、薩爾瓦多與尼加拉瓜內戰等重大事件，累積的歷史新聞專業奠定了他對歷史影像教育價值的深刻認知，並成為公司核心理念。 創辦新世語前，徐先生與團隊以「臺灣文史工作室」為基礎，投入出版與展覽等歷史影像工作，與海內外機構合作，推動歷史影像保存與教育。公司成立後，打造「徐宗懋圖文館」，專注珍貴老照片收藏、研究與展示，倡議「歷史影像革命」，推動歷史原件的搜集與視覺呈現。 自2015年起，公司擴展世界文化史圖像資料庫，建立教育與商業兼具的影像資源。2016年後與企業合作製作高端畫冊，並參與韓國及德國國際書展。常年策劃大型展覽，包括2024年「黃埔創校百年特展」、「情深故鄉古早時光暨西洋古籍書展」、市政府「原民抗暴展」及2025年「抗戰八十週年展覽」，皆獲高度關注。 公司於2024年榮獲農田水利署老照片故事徵集活動銀、銅獎及佳作，肯定其在影像彩色復原與畫冊製作專業。新世語秉持推廣歷史文化、保存影像遺產使命，持續創新，成為華人出版與歷史影像領域的前瞻品牌。

NUEVA VISION CO.LTD, founded in 2012 by journalist Frank Hsu, preserves and promotes historical images. Hsu’s 20+ years reporting—including the Israel-Palestine conflict, Libya bombing, and Central American civil wars—shaped his commitment to the educational value of visual history. Building on work from Taiwan Historical & Cultural Studio, the company collaborates globally on publishing and exhibitions. It runs two brands—the Hsu Tsung-Mao Image & Text Archive (Taiwan) and Qin Feng Old Photo Archive (China)—focused on collecting rare historical photos and promoting a “Historical Image Revolution.” Since 2015, it has expanded archives and partnered with enterprises to produce high-end art books, participating in the Korea Book Fair. In 2024, it curated major exhibitions including the Whampoa Academy Centennial, Nostalgic Taiwan & Western Antiquarian Books, and Indigenous Resistance exhibit.
