Meet international publishers, pitch your titles, and expand your rights trading network at the Taipei International Book Exhibition 2026. There are two types of rights tables to suit your meeting needs.
Limited Edition Rights Table
Tables with partition walls for a quieter, more focused meeting environment
(Availability is limited. Tables will be arranged based on your request immediately after reservation.)
- US$300 / 1 session (4 hours) / 1 table
- Session hours: 09:00–13:00 or 13:30–17:30
- US$470 / full day / 1 table
- Full day includes both sessions on the same day
- + US$30 registration fee per order
Regular Rights Table
Open-plan layout with designated table number in a shared meeting area
- US$250 / 1 session (4 hours) / 1 table
- Session hours: 09:00–13:00 or 13:30–17:30
- US$420 / full day / 1 table
- Full day includes both sessions on the same day
- + US$30 registration fee per order

We recommend that you first select your preferred dates and time slots, then submit your reservation.
Once we receive your request, we will contact you via email.
After you confirm whether you would like to book a Limited Edition Rights Table or a Regular Rights Table, we will issue an invoice according to the applicable rate.
There is no early bird discount, so we encourage early reservations to secure your preferred table type and time slot. The reservation deadline for rights table will be October 31, 2025.
Please note that the Taipei Book Fair Foundation/TIBE will not assist with entry permit applications to Taiwan for holders of Mainland China passports for TIBE 2026. All exhibitors and rights table participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements.
