Po Chung Chow received his PhD from the London School of Economic and Political Science (LSE). He is currently the Associate Professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Department of Government and Administration.

He is a lover of literature, an enthusiast of education and a scholar of political philosophy. His book Philosophical Notes on “The Little Prince” won the 2017 Hong Kong Book Prize.
