In order to cater to readers' needs, for the first time, this exhibition created many services. The first issuance of the exhibition pass and extension of open hours to eight o'clock at night attracted more visitors. To avoid the long queue outside the ticket booths, for the first time the entrance tickets could be pre-purchased through Hi-Life convenient store system, Era Ticket Sale System and PChome Online.
In addition, 20 sets of LCD Monitor Guiding System were set up around the venue with which visitors could consult the current position and suggested routes; inquiries and services for visitors were also available.
