Argentina
Maintaining its style, Argentina will showcase not only the original Spanish version of books from all over the country, but also Argentine literature translated into traditional Chinese. These include the most representative works: Obras Completes by Jorge Luis Borges, The Motorcycle Diaries by Ernesto Che Guevara, La Pregunta de Sus Ojos by Eduardo Sacheri, and the famous comic strip Mafalda.
Chile
Chile is a country of writers, from Nobel prize winners Pablo Neruda and Gabriela Mistral to the bestselling works of Isabel Allende. The literary creativity that flows through Chile will be showcased in this year’s TIBE, highlighting internationally recognized children’s books, novels, poetry and essays. Visitors can discover Chile’s rich literary heritage and enjoy over 40 amazing titles from different Chilean and Taiwanese publishers.
Mexico
Mexico plays a crucial role in the Spanish-speaking markets. All the large Spanish-language publishing groups are represented here. It is also one of the most important countries in Latin America in terms of book production and distribution. The Mexican Trade Services, Documentation and Cultural Office brings a selection of Mexican publications on tourism, food, history and culture to this year’s TIBE. Through books and publications, it wishes to provide a better knowledge of Mexico among the Taiwanese population.
Peru
In cooperation with the Commercial Office of Peru in Taipei, Anything handcrafted Studio will be exhibiting the miniature art and craft of clay that inspires curiosity and discovery. Anything handcrafted Studio aims to deepen the connection between people and artwork with the highest quality programs and exhibitions, and offer a wide variety of fun and instructional classes for both kids and adults at every skill level! We now introduce and share the smallest handmade books from Peru!

The Spanish Chamber of commerce presents you with a variety of most popular Spanish children’s book and creates a joyful reading wonderland.
